Hi, my name is Erinna, and Im the photographer behind Erinna Imagery. Im based in Perth, Western Australia, but I am available for commissions outside of the Perth metro area, interstate or overseas.

I love photographing people, and details of life. My main focuses (excuse the pun!) for my photography are weddings, reportage/editorial portraiture and photo-essays (also known as documentaries, and you will see me refer to them as "my projects"), but I do accept other commissions such as corporate portraiture and events, and industrial shoots.

I adore the small details in life, as I believe the they are what help build a more definitive picture of an event, subject or landscape. It is this obsession with detail that led me to start photographing macro shots, and these can be purchased through the Wall Art section of this site.

I shoot fully digital, and I love the options available to me through this medium, although I tend to keep things simple. Crisp, often colourful, contrast and interesting subjects are the basic description of my style of work.

I started photography in high school when I was 14, so have had a camera in my hand for a little over 10yrs now. My formal training begun at Edith Cowan University (Photomedia), but I decided that the RMIT's Bachelor of Arts (Photography) course was where I wanted to be. I headed over there for that fantastic course, and I graduted in 2007. In addition, from 2002 I have been assisting other photographers and working on my own commissions, and I love that I have had the experience of learning from lecturers, other students, as well as established and working photographers.
